Terms and Conditions

1. The Harcourts Busselton VIP Card is issued by and remains the property of Harcourts Busselton. Harcourts Busselton reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time.
2. Holders of the Harcourts Busselton VIP Card receive 10% off their total purchase at any of the participating businesses as displayed on the' bringing it all together' website. The discount does not apply to items already on sale, lay-bys, or gift vouchers. Any special conditions which apply to the discount as nominated by suppliers will be detailed along with the supplier listing.
3. Each Harcourts Busselton VIP Card will have printed on it the membership number of the card holder, their name and signature. At any time a participating supplier may request personal identification to verify the card holder's identity.
4. Harcourts Busselton VIP Card members who provide permission to have their details recorded on a database to be kept on file at Harcourts Busselton, will be sent email marketing material from time to time at the discretion of the program administrators and may be contacted as required to update or verify these details. These details will not be made available to any other company or person for any use whatsoever. Upon completion of the program, these details will be destroyed.
5. Harcourts Busselton VIP Card participating suppliers who register for the program, will have their details stored on a database to be kept on file at Harcourts Busselton, and may be contacted as required to update or verify these details. These details will not be made available to any other company or person for any use whatsoever. Upon completion of the program, these details will be destroyed.
6. Harcourts Busselton or the program administrators reserve the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the VIP Card scheme, or terminate the scheme at any time. In the case of scheme alterations, participating suppliers or customers will advised in writing with 7 days notice.
7. All participants in the VIP Card scheme must be a resident of Australia.
8. The Harcourts Busselton VIP Card can be used at all participating businesses as listed on the www.bringingitalltogether.com.au website only.
9. If a participating business wishes to cease their participation in the program, cancellation must be issued in writing to the VIP Card program administrators, Jack in the box Corporation Pty Ltd. The business' website listing will be removed within 1 business day. The participating business reserves the right to refuse customers who request the discount after the cancellation notification has been received.
10. Participating businesses are supplied a Harcourts VIP Card sticker to which they have the opportunity to display their involvement at their business.
11. The Harcourts Busselton VIP Card cannot be used as a credit or guarantee card.
12. The VIP Card must be presented at the time of purchase when requested, otherwise the transaction cannot be recorded and therefore the discount cannot be given. A discount cannot be claimed retrospectively.
13. The Harcourts Busselton VIP Card is not exchangeable for cash.
14. Participating Suppliers have exclusivity to card holders in their business category. Business registration for the program will be offered on a first-in-best-dressed basis, and businesses who are deemed as significant competition to pre-registered businesses will be declined.
15. The promoter of Harcourts Busselton VIP Card is Jack in the box Corporation Pty Ltd: Suite 2/18 Prince St, Busselton WA 6280. The owner of the scheme is Harcourts Busselton: Geographe Bay Real Estate Investments Pty Ltd of 29 Queen St, Busselton WA 6280.
