From 1st November 2010 all our prime clients who purchase a property, list a property or are part of our new Asset Management Program (landlords or tenants), will be issued with a Harcourts VIP Card. As part of the benefits of this card they will receive a 10% discount when they purchase products and/or services from participating suppliers.
All participating suppliers will be local businesses to Busselton and surrounds, allied to the needs of moving, purchasing, selling or renovating a home. However, the program will be available to any business who wishes to take advantage of this opportunity.
Our Invitation to Local Business
We invite local businesses to participate in this invaluable client rewards program. Participation is free, however you must be prepared to offer a 10% discount on items or services sold from your business. As Busselton's leading local real estate agent, Harcourts Busselton sell over 250 homes each year, have over 200 homes on their Asset Management list, and have the capability of introducing many new arrivals to local businesses within the town. With your help and excellent service they could soon become the source of loyal patrons to you.
In return for your commitment we will:
• Place your name, phone number and website link (if applicable) on the participating suppliers directory.
• Supply you with a window sticker to advertise your participation in the Harcourts VIP Card Program.
• Offer free advertising in a bi-monthly Email Newsletter on an availability basis.
• Commit to recommending all clients to your business as 'Preferred Suppliers'.

How long does the program last for?
The Harcourts VIP Card has no expiry date, as it's important to Harcourts Busselton to build long term relationships with their clients. It remains at the discretion of Harcourts Busselton when or if the program is to be terminated, at which time you will be notified with at least 7 days notice.
How many cards will be issued?
We aim to issue at least 1000 cards in the first 12 months of this program, after which the program will be reevaluated. We welcome your feedback about how the program has performed for your business.
How will card holders know who is a 'participating supplier'?
Card holders will utilise this website to view the active list of suppliers and their contact details. Therefore, it's important you let us know if any of your contact details change. Participating suppliers will also be given a window sticker to display at their business.
Does the 10% discount apply for everything?
The 10% discount will not apply to goods already on sale or discounted, lay-bys or gift vouchers. If you have any special conditions on this discount please indicate them in the 'comments' field as part of your registration process.
I don't' want to offer 10% off. Can I offer something different?
In order to keep the program as fair as possible to all suppliers, we must ensure that all suppliers are able to provide the same offer to card holders. It was important to us that certain suppliers were not given preference over others. Unfortunately, therefore, we are not able to allow alternative offers. However, we can advertise any special offers in the VIP program e-newsletter if you wish - just let our program administrators know the details and we'd be happy to help!
What if I don't want to be involved anymore?
If you no longer wish to be involved in the program, it's as simple as contacting our program administrators Jack in the box (see details below) and you will be removed from the website listing.
Is the program exclusive - can my competitors also register for the program?
We will be offering the program to local suppliers on a first-in-best-dressed basis. Once a business is registered in a certain category, competing businesses will not be able to register for the program.
I know someone else that might be interested in being a supplier, how can they get involved?
